The main goals of this 2-hour course are:

  • To help you understand anxiety, what it is and how it affects you physically and psychologically. Know your enemy!

  • To help you develop good mental hygiene to help you be more resilient to life’s challenges.

  • To give you tools to manage, reduce and sometimes even eliminate the symptoms of anxiety, depending on your situation. This is your mental health first-aid kit.


My name is Christophe Courtin and I am a clinical hypnotherapist specialising in stress, anxiety and depression management at Folkestone Hypnotherapy. It is my goal to help as many people as possible, whether they are struggling with anxiety, hampered by phobias or dragged down by bad habits. I believe that change can happen rapidly, so you don’t have to spend month after month in therapy. My aim is to help my clients move towards a solution that is appropriate to them.


I have a lot of experience helping people from all walks of life deal with their issues. Whether you are a soldier, a CEO, an office worker or a carer, every situation brings about its own challenges.
